An English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark Key Site. A great family beach
with safe swimming and watersports hire. Beach hut hire,
beach shop, café, toilets. Limited parking with disabled drop-off.
Type: sandy with cliffs. Access: limited - via a steep road or via the
easier Cliff Railway, then a slope to a level promenade above the beach.

OYSTER COVE PAIGNTON
An attractive beach located along the South West Coast path from
Goodrington beach. At low tides there are many rock pools to explore.
Type: sand and shingle.
Access: difficult - access is down a set of steep steps.

PAIGNTON SANDS
The ultimate family day out at the seaside. Stretches of beach either side
of the pier, safe swimming and a host of activities to enjoy.

Designated windsurfing area. Crazy golf, play park, toilets.
Type: red sand. Plenty of dog-friendly open land.
Access: good - level promenade and ramps.

PRESTON SANDS PAIGNTON
Just a stroll from Paignton Sands, this is a safe, clean sandy beach with
rock pools at low tide, great for families. Preston Green is behind
the beach. Refreshments, toilets, deckchair and beach hut hire.
Type: red sand.
Access: good - the area is quite flat and has excellent access
for wheel chairs.
